Newcastle Performance Coaching helps you move from where you are now to where you want to be more quickly and effectively that if you worked alone.  Simply, it is a goal centred forward moving process which maximises your potential so that you will perform at your best.

Coaching using powerful questioning skills enables you to have a clear picture of the outcome you desire, firstly to identify what is going right for you at present and then look to see what barriers are in the your way of your goal and the most effective and sustainable ways to move forward.

The workshops is provided by the founder of Newcastle Performanc Coaching and who is a Coaching Academy's Licensed Trainer and coach (normally a full day workshop this is available as a download product for you to watch again and again). At Newcastle Performance Coaching our clients are mainly business owners a career professionals.

As a business owner you may wish to be coaching on getting started, branding and corporate identity, sales and marketing, work life balance and time management techniques, identifying strategic partnerships and working forward in taking their business to another level.

If you are a professional working within an organisation you may choose to be coached on a range of topics including time management, work life balance, career coaching, leadership and executive coaching, communication, change and conflict, stress or retirement coaching. 

Perhaps you are returning to work having been absent following a period of absence? 

Coaching can help you through and concerns you have at this time, whether your return is:

•  following a period of maternity leave and you now have to juggle parenthood with a professional career, or

The Workshop

The workshop is great value at £99 per person for a full day workshop available for delivery within an organisation on request.  After the workshop you will have a realistic understanding of how our coaches work and the non-directional coaching process they apply. You can then meet to discuss further our range of coaching services should you consider it to be a direction you or your organisation would like to go into. 

An example of how it can work within your organisation is that one of our coaches, will attend your office on a fortnightly basis offering confidential one to one coaching, 45 minute sessions to you or your staff. 

Perhaps some of your employees have personal issues which are effecting their performance? Well coaching can be a great solution to maximise their potential.

Coaching Courses

Typically the service we provides involves one to one coaching course consisting of 6 coaching sessions lasting 45 minutes on a weekly / fortnightly basis. 

After the initial coaching sessions have concluded you may wish to progress to our Advanced Coaching Course which is offered with additional email support.  

We also offer full days coaching (depending on the agreement) during which we can attend your premises and provide one to one coaching to one person, a number of people or group / team coaching.

Members Coaching Club

Additionally Newcastle Performance Coaching provide a regular coaching workshop for professional clients.  The workshop focuses on specialist areas depending on which membership club you join, e.g. work life balance, time management, communciation, sales, marketing, strategic planning etc.  This is a one day business coaching workshop for Small Business Professionals (£99), half day corporate coaching workshop for Civil Servant professionals (£50) and weekly evening coaching club classes for Personal coaching clients (£50).  Refreshments and materials are provided at all workshops and evening coaching clubs.
